Refund policy

Our products are digital downloads, so nothing physical will be posted to you.

If you purchase something by mistake or change your mind before you start downloading any of the files, please contact us within 14 days at hello@gifthunt.co, quoting your order number, and we’ll be happy to review your refund request.

Once you start downloading or accessing the files, we don’t normally offer change-of-mind refunds because the digital product has already been supplied.

If you receive the wrong file, experience a technical problem, or believe a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us. We’ll always try to put things right, and nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
