1. About us

Gift Hunt Co. is a UK-based sole trader business operated by Estelle Jalink, trading as Gift Hunt Co.

2. These terms

These Terms of Service apply when you use this website or buy a product from Gift Hunt Co. Please read them before placing an order.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Our products

Our products are printable digital downloads. Nothing physical will be posted unless a product page clearly says otherwise.

We take reasonable care to describe each product accurately, including its recommended age, contents and file format. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens or printers.

4. Ordering

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the selected product on these terms. Please check your order details and email address carefully before completing your purchase.

A contract is formed when we accept your order and send your order confirmation. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment made.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not directly receive or store your full payment-card details.

6. Digital delivery

Your digital files will normally be available immediately after purchase and sent to the email address used for your order. Please check your spam or junk folder if the delivery email does not arrive.

Where both UK A4 and US Letter files are included, choose the version that matches your paper size. If you have difficulty accessing your files, contact hello@gifthunt.co.

7. Cancellation and refunds

At checkout, you will be asked to agree to receive your digital download immediately and to understand that you cannot cancel once you have downloaded the product.

If you purchase something by mistake or change your mind before you start downloading or accessing any of the files, contact us within 14 days at hello@gifthunt.co, quoting your order number, and we will review your request.

Once you start downloading or accessing the files, we do not normally offer change-of-mind refunds because the digital product has already been supplied. If a file is faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us so that we can put things right. Please also see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

8. How you may use the files

When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to download, print and use it for your own private household or event.

You must not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce for commercial use, upload or publish the files, remove our branding, or use any part of them to create a competing product. All intellectual-property rights in the products remain with Gift Hunt Co. or the relevant rights owner.

9. Safety and adult responsibility

An adult is responsible for setting up and supervising each hunt appropriately. Choose safe hiding locations and consider the age and abilities of the children taking part.

You are responsible for checking that any gifts, sweets, food or other items used with the hunt are suitable, including considering allergies and choking hazards.

10. Faulty digital content

We are responsible for supplying digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, as required by law. If you believe a product is faulty, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Website information and availability

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately. We may update product information, prices or these terms from time to time. Any changes will not affect an order already accepted unless required by law.

12. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Our products are supplied for private use. We are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or business interruption.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products, services, business or legal requirements. The version that applies to an order is the version in force when the order is placed.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in the courts that apply where you live.
